How do I find parts for my engine?

The most accurate way to find parts for your engine is to enter in your serial number in the Part Search by Engine Serial # tab. Serial numbers could contain zeros (0). They are not the letter "o".

If you know the part number of the item you wish to order, you can enter that number in the search field. You do not need to enter in the pre-fix number. (e.g., 90-123456). The search field is also space specific.

I'm ordering parts through Mercury Parts Express, why do I need to choose a dealer?

All orders are fulfilled through participating Mercury Parts Express dealers.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are based on the items in your shopping cart and the distance between your shipping location and the dealer you have selected to work with.

If I choose to have my order shipped next day or 2nd day air, am I guaranteed to get my order in 1 or 2 days?

No. Actual delivery time may be longer, depending on part availability. This can be anywhere from 24 hours to 10 days, depending on your order. However, once the parts are in stock and ready for delivery, it will be shipped next day or 2nd day air.

How am I notified of the status of my order?

The dealer you select will provide tracking information once the order has been shipped out.

Should you have any questions about your order, please call the dealer directly. Their information is included in the invoice that is sent to your e-mail.
